Terms and Conditions of Repairs:

Settings and Data
• Please note that hardware received for repair may lose user software in the process of assessment and repair.

• Phonecare Repairs does not accept responsibility for loss of user settings and data, customers are urged to ensure all data is backed up prior to submitting the unit for repair.

Warranty
• Phonecare Repair’s service warranty applied when the same related part fails within 90 days of the repair. Units found to be liquid or physically damaged. at the discretion of the repairer, will be excluded from all warranties. Any items left for repair or quote and not collected after 30 days will be disposed of.
